Pure bar is very proud to announce our partnership and support of The Lunchbox Fund, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing a daily meal for extremely poor and at risk school children.

As a company inspired by the convictions of a child, we believe strongly in the potential of the world’s children to create a solid future for our planet and want to do our part to nourish them, body and mind. Help us feed thousands of school children in South Africa, where over 35% of the population is devastated by AIDS and poverty.

The festival features handcrafted local items as well as live music, food trucks and activites for kids. Pure was lucky to be a part of Whole Foods Market’s Green Scence showcasing vendors whose eco-friendly products are sold at Whole Foods Market. We were with the likes of Lifeway Kefir, popchips, Nika Water and TOMS Shoes.

If you have never seen a mud run they are so fun to watch and even more fun to slosh around in, but don’t worry, we made sure to keep the Pure Bars nice and clean for anyone who wanted to sample free, organic yumminess to energize them while they ran, climbed and rolled in the mud.
